Summary: The Centro de Desarrollo & Servicios Comunitarios Id Shaliah Inc. supports the community of Cubuy-Lomas in the Canovanas municipality. They are currently located in a decommissioned school with a goal to transform it into a comprehensive community center. The center works to improve resilience in the area and provides the community with a space to gather and learn.

This transformation required expert guidance, specifically in determining a strategy for programming and implementation that can attract key sponsors, volunteer groups and identify potential funding opportunities. Importantly, the focus is to create personalized spaces to inspire and support the Cubuy-Lomas community. Our services aimed to empower the community leadership with a clear mapping strategy, enabling them to implement required changes over time. This mapping tool provides them with a road map for necessary program and design modifications.
